  Would not recommend, the customer service has been poor, the staff in the Ramsgate shop are rude in their manner and give inconsistent advice. Two months later and we are still not happy with the floor. There is clearly no or little communication between the shop and the fitters. No one takes responsibility for anything and when you complain you get a rude response from the manager, and not once with 4 visits to our home to get it right and £320 later for one bit of vinyl for our kitchen floor have we been offered any compensation. I'd save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
