- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-01, by Eloise TaylorHad a really bad experience here about 5 years ago. I had just purchased a car, and asked kwik fit to check it over. They reported a list of issues including: 1 wheel had a van tyre, brake pads being illegal, suspension springs being rusty etc. I rejected the suggested work since I was able to take it back to the seller. The member of staff strongly advised against me driving the car away from kwik fit, and said I should get the work done. The car felt safe to drive, and took it to another garage who said there was nothing wrong with it. No other garage mentioned these things during MOTs or Servicing.
